One code · two readers
QR codes for your products that still scan at the checkout
Put one QR code on your packaging that rings up at the till and takes shoppers to your product — built to the GS1 Digital Link standard, so it won't get rejected at retail. Change where it points any time, even after it's printed. Free while we're in beta.

- Safe at the checkout. A spec-correct GS1 Digital Link, so the same code works for a till scanner and a phone camera. See what the till reads →
- Editable after printing. Wrong link, a finished campaign, or a recall? Change where a code points in one click — no new print run.
- Know who's scanning. Scans by product, place and device — with no cookies and no stored IP addresses. GDPR-clean by design.
Your brand on every code
Every code you make today lives on our shared gtin.codes links — free, and ready to scan. When you outgrow that, point your own domain at us and your codes read yourbrand.com instead. We run the whole resolver behind it — the DNS, the certificates, the GS1 standard plumbing, the uptime — so your codes carry your brand without you managing any infrastructure or hiring anyone to. Custom domains are included with Pro and arrive as we leave beta.
How it works
- Add your products. Type or paste your GTINs, or import your whole catalogue by CSV.
- Download print-ready QR codes. The right size, quiet zone and format for your packaging (SVG or PNG).
- Point them anywhere, any time. Set each code's destination and change it whenever you like — no reprint.
Built for small retail brands
Made for the brands GS1 Sunrise 2027 affects most — with guides for food & drink, supplements and cosmetics brands that sell through retail and don't have an enterprise barcode team. New to any of this? Start with the plain-English Sunrise 2027 checklist.
Common questions
Will these codes scan at the checkout?
Yes. They're GS1 Digital Link codes, built to the standard a retail till reads offline — and the same code opens as a normal web link on a shopper's phone.
What is GS1 Sunrise 2027?
It's the target date by which major retailers expect their checkouts to read 2D barcodes — QR codes carrying a GS1 Digital Link — everywhere they read a barcode today. Your existing barcodes keep working; your next print run is the moment to add a code that does both.
Can I change a code after it's printed?
Yes — that's the point. Each code points at a destination you control, so you can update it any time without reprinting your packaging.
Is it really free?
The core (registering products, generating codes, editing destinations and scan analytics) is free while we're in beta, and 10 products stay free forever. When billing starts, Pro is £10/month with your own domain on the codes included, and founding members get their first year at half price.
